This Labor Day weekend, cool off with a refreshing and nutritious smoothie. Our Strawberry Crunch Smoothie features a creamy strawberry base with a delightful crunch from our new Double Wide Chocolate Wafer cookies. Or, try our sugar-free Triple Berry Chip Smoothie, a perfect low-carb alternative.

Strawberry Crunch Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 2 double wide chocolate wafer cookies

Directions:

  1. Add milk, frozen strawberries, sugar, and cream cheese to blender. Blend well.
  2. Add wafer cookies and pulse until cookie pieces are desired size.

Low Carb Triple Berry Chip Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • 2 tablespoons THM Gentle Sweet
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon glucomannan powder
  • pinch salt
  • 1 scoop unflavored protein powder
  • 1 oz (2 rows) Lily's chocolate

Directions:

  1. Add almond milk, frozen berries, sweetener, cream cheese, glucomannan, and salt to blender. Blend well. Add protein powder and blend 30 seconds.
  2. Add chocolate and pulse until candy pieces are desired size.
